Facilities Planning Specialist (Planner/Designer) Who We Are :

worth at the end of the day. What You'll Do : As a Facilities
Planning Specialist you will develop and design Farm Bureau home
office workspace and furniture systems to meet management's needs
while projecting a positive attractive and modern work environment.
You will also provide individual employee workspace while managing
the annual budgets, for departmental moves, furniture procurement,
facility projects and maintain the furniture inventory systems.
What It Takes to Join Our Team: • College Degree in Design plus 3
years of commercial/office design and facilities experience
required. • Prior management experience preferred. • State of Iowa
Registered Designer and LEED accredited preferred. • Must have
design, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills, as
well as be detailed oriented. • Must be able to plan, coordinate,
and oversee workspace projects and manage subcontractors. • Ability
to work with AutoCAD software and manage systems such as iOffice, a
