Our Smart Home Technicians don't just install TV. We're trained to offer personalized technology to customers, while teaching them how to use and get the most out of the products they've purchased. And we don't stop there - satellite broadband,appliance repair, and connected home technology are additional skills we train.
Smart Home Technicians have the following:

• Need to achieve - perform On Site Sales and offer Smart Home Services & Products to customers to enhance their overall viewing experience and promote smarter homes and simpler living

• Strong customer service skills; friendly, approachable and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
  
• Ability to Install/upgrade cutting edge technology - relocate power, place mounts, satellite dishes, televisions, routers, cameras, receivers, whole home connectivity technology, and many more products/services
  
• Sales, electrical, maintenance/repair, cable, military, and/or customer service experience are a plus
  
  Smart Home Technician Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Must have valid driver's license and pass periodic MVR check
    
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug test
    
  • Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
    
  • Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle and feel, to operate hand tools and small power tools; to reach and lift with hands and arms; to talk and hear; to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; to climb ladder, to balance and reach from ladder; to walk and work upon rooftops; to crawl into and work in attics, crawlspaces or confined spaces
    
  • Must regularly lift and/or move equipment that weighs 20 - 40 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move more than 200 pounds with assistance. Must regularly lift, carry and maneuver ladders that weigh 60 to 90 lbs

    • Pay starting at $15.00-$20/hour depending on qualifications. (Premium Pay for experience in sales, satellite industry, cable)
