• Design and procure hardware for drivetrain parts -to support continuous improvement, model year, and cost reduction activities
• Coordinate with the Product Verification and Validation teams to develop test plans
• Support quality issues related to drivetrain components for design level needs
• Gather, analyze, and make decisions based upon available information and seek out additional information when necessary to ensure design changes are successfully implemented -VISA Sponsorship is not available for this positionWhat Skills You Need -
  • Design engineering experience through internships or other employment
  • Experience with Creo -or other 3D CAD -modeling software
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and system modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a team with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPointWhat Makes You Stand Out -
    • Design experience on Agriculture, Construction or Forestry vehicles
    • Experience with design and analysis tools such as -FEA, CFD, Matlab, or Romax
    • Knowledge of hydraulic components, circuits, and diagrams
    • Mechanical or agricultural background, operating and repairing on highway or off highway equipmentEducation -Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: -
