change.----Your Responsibilities--As a--Design Engineer--for--John
Deere Waterloo Product Engineering Center--located in--Waterloo,
Iowa, you will...--Deliver--customer value by creating and
designing vehicle features for the 5M and 5E 4cylinder
tractors.Collaborate with and provide technical support to
marketing, manufacturing, supply management, service, and quality
teams to design, develop, and implement parts for Utility Tractor
Product Development ProgramsResolve--complex corrective action
requests from testing, field, supplier, & manufacturing
teams.Collaborate with Product Verification and Validation to test
design solutions.----VISA Sponsorship is NOT Available for this
position.----What Skills You Need--2 or more years work experience
in engineering principles and theory.Excellent communication with
experience in working with cross functional teams.Ability to lead
design activities by optimizing for costs, performance, and
quality.What Makes You Stand Out--Experience with Creo Parametric,
computer aided design and/or engineering tools.Experience with
design and part releaseUnderstanding of AG products, operations,
and business--Education--Ideally you will have a degree or
equivalent related work experience in the following:--Bachelor's
degree in engineering--or equivalent experience in product
