Job Description:
Yes, we continue to search for just the right person to lead our
Finance Department. It goes with saying that a BA in Accounting or
Finance is required. A minimum of 5 years' experience at a
supervisory level is desired. C.P.A. licensure is preferred. But,
what is necessary is that the right individual for this position
has a desire to be more. More than the CFO, more than an accountant
and more than who they were when they came to work in the morning.
The right person will have the desire and ability to communicate
well, encourage those they supervise to growth and superior work,
and most of all an enthusiasm for our mission and core values. The
CFO is part of the leadership team and holds an integral position
in assuring that our communities continue to grow and provide the
quality of life that we call "Mylife" for our resident and staff
