Acrobat is a popular consumer software product on many desktops today, and we are passionate about capturing the substantial growth our business is experiencing in app stores today. With over four billion global smartphone users, mobile is paving a new way for customers to interact with Adobe's products.We're looking for a creative product marketer to help us drive product-led growth for Adobe's emerging mobile customer base by helping them realize the full value of the Document Cloud product ecosystem. In this role, you are the voice of the customer and provide tangible requirements to product and marketing teams to create seamless cross-surface experiences from the perspective of a mobile user.WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop a deep understanding of Adobe's mobile products - Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile, Adobe Scan, Fill & Sign, and Sign - and best-in-class cross-surface software through customer journeys and competitive analysis
  • Discover how mobile-first customers are using document solutions across their desktop, tablet, and smartphone devices through research and team member interviews
  • Identify experience gaps and opportunities to integrate product experiences across the full Document Cloud product ecosystem
  • Propose new product and marketing requirements and build a strong case to get agreement from team members including Product Management, Product Marketing, and Growth Marketing
  • Present recommendations to executive leaders so your ideas have the sponsorship required to be implemented after your internship is completedWhat You'll Need to Succeed
    • Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2022 - June 2023
    • BS/BA with 3+ years of work experience in marketing, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or operations.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with high EQ
    • Experience influencing cross-functional team members to launch high-impact initiatives by understanding and aligning individual incentives
    • Customer-centric approach and willingness to advocate for product and business changes based on data-driven insights
    • Ability to breakdown and structure sophisticated problems, diving deep into the details and considering implications in the context of the overall business
    • Proactively identify and prioritize critical projects with a driven implementation approach
    • Proven leadership in helping colleagues succeed to improve outcomes for the overall team or organization
    • Great sense of humor and interest in consumer software!
