We currently operate in over 25 facilities in 11 countries.Summary:This is a unique opportunity to be the lead employee on the creation and development of a brand-new factory in Waterloo, IA. CPM Holdings recently announced we will be moving production from our existing Waterloo, IA and Cedar Falls, IA facility into one new location. As the Project Manager-Process Engineering, you will utilize leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills to plan the layout of a brand-new factory, manage capital budgets relative to the new building, work with all relevant departments (Sales, Engineering, Testing) to determine building needs, and plan the production transition between the current and new facilities. In addition, you will plan, coordinate, and execute key process improvement projects at our current sites. You will own production capacity planning, product flow, process documentation and process mapping for current and future operations.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for capacity planning for complex operation that includes Machining, Welding, Assembly, Painting, and Shipping/Receiving.
• Will work with outside firm to plan and design a BRAND NEW FACTORY.
• Will support current and future continuous improvement initiatives.
• Will assist in managing capital planning for current and future building improvements.
• Schedules and tracks progress of all aspects of projects to aggressively work toward successful project completion.
• Participates in the planning process of operational improvement projects.
• Works with Plant Manager to determine the strategic direction of Operations.
• Coordinates implementation activities with various functions (Sales, Engineering, and Innovation teams) to plan and implement better factory space utilization.
• Develop cohesive plan with purchasing, logistics, and finance to determine proper material storage solutions and layouts.
• All other duties as assigned.Desired Qualifications:
  • Position requires 10+ years of manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or other relevant industrial experience
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Strong ability to influence without authority, listen, and facilitate disagreements
  • Capacity Planning and/or Design Engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate individuals towards team goals
  • Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Desire to learn all facets of a complex manufacturing and assembly environment
  • Able to successfully multitask and meet project milestones
  • Able to proactively communicate with multiple customers on multiple projects
