Job Type Full-timeDescriptionMission : The Sr. Account Manager, STM will provide support for Short's Travel Management (STM) accounts to help ensure the travel program is fully implemented with all sports, running smoothly and efficiently for all services (commercial air (A), charter air (C), bus transportation (D) and group hotels (S)), as planned during and after implementation. The Sr. Account Manager, STM will ensure client satisfaction and will coordinate with additional internal and external resources as needed to support ACDS issue escalation, solution finding, and continuous improvement. The candidate placed in this position must have the ability to function autonomously, as an individual contributor, as well as a member of the Account Management team, interacting closely with ACDS Account Executives and Sales Directors.
