Follow Us on LinkedIn: The Environmental, Health & Safety Operations Development Program is a three-year rotational program for recent college graduates who have a passion for manufacturing and are motivated to accelerate their career into leadership roles within the organization. Program participants must be flexible with location, as they will have three assignments in different U.S. Donaldson facilities to build Environmental, Health and Safety knowledge and leadership skills in a manufacturing setting.This position may be located in any of our U.S. Manufacturing Sites.Year One: Participants will focus on the basics of regulatory and enterprise requirements while assisting with site programs, continuous improvement projects, and meeting the sites environmental, health and safety targets and objectives.Year Two: Participants will lead projects focused on improving plant environmental, health and safety targets and objectives to measurably reduce to the site's most significant health and safety risks and environmental impacts. You will also be responsible for helping to maintain site-specific compliance assurance processes to facilitate the timely completion of EHS related compliance, training and preventive maintenance obligations.Year Three: People engagement assignment where the participant will lead activities furthering their leadership skills by facilitating the engagement of employee-directed EHS teams in ownership of the activities enabling a compliant, incident-free workplace while reducing the site's environmental footprint.Relocation package will be extended for each rotation based on IRS guidelines.Upon completion, graduates are typically placed in leadership roles at one of our U.S. manufacturing plants.Graduates are equipped with a strong professional network and business foundation for future success. Donaldson will work with participants to identify a role within the company that matches their skills and aspirations with the best opportunities for career development.Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Protection, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related field.
• 3.0 GPA upon graduation
• Must be willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile
• Must be U.S. persons (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee) as this position requires use of information which is subject to export controlsPreferred Qualifications:
  • Prior internship, co-op, or practical experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Strong interest in working in a manufacturing facility
