Urology Clinic & Call Locums Job in Central Iowa - IMLC Candidates Accepted - July Start Jackson & Coker is partnered with a facility located just north of Cedar Rapids that is in need of Urology clinic, call and surgery locum tenens coverage starting in July and ongoing while facility recruits for a permanent provider. This facility is open to considering candidates that are interested in pure locums, a locums to perm OR even a straight permanent opportunity and believes they can get a physician credentialed in as little as four weeks. Dates of coverage: --July 7-25 --August 1-8 --August 15-22 --October 31 - November 4 --November 24 - December 23 Details for Assignment #88347 -- Active and unrestricted Iowa medical license required (open to considering candidates with an IMLC LOQ) -- Current Board Certification required + COVID vaccination required -- Coverage is for clinic (generally 3.5 days/week), 1 Surgery day/week, & night + weekend call coverage -- Clinic is 8:30am - 4:30pm, followed by night call coverage (will not be on call every single weekday evening; will rotate at 1:2.5 rotation) -- Average 25-30 patients per day in clinic - offsite clinic building, one mile from hospital; average of 3-5 hospital-based surgeries each day -- Working alongside of 1.5 other Urologists + 2 RNs as support staff -- Cases to expect : general urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, penile prosthesis, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), brachytherapy, laser certification, robotic surgery, partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound, adrenalectomy, renal and bladder ultrasound, TRUS biopsies, fertility work-up, incontinence procedures -- Facility in
