Since coming to Allen almost three months ago, I've experienced kindness in every unit I've floated to. The nursing staff welcomed me; and I've felt the love of the pharmacy staff, the laboratory staff, and other ancillary departments such as PACU and ED. Everyone has been welcoming and kind, and more importantly, they appreciate my help! I love it here, which is why I extended my contract until February 2022. The winter will be my first winter in the Midwest since I graduated from nursing school in 2009, and I honestly cannot see myself in a better place. I feel like a valuable and respected part of the team. I am glad to be here where my time and skills sets are appreciated. ALLEN ROCKS!
