14-18, 21-25 - Nov 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 25-28 - Dec 2-6, 9-13, 16-20,
23-27 - Dec 30 - Jan 3 - Sporadic ongoing • Shift Schedule: 7a to
5p • Call Schedule: TBD; Rare • Patient Demographics: All ages -
for Peds it is mostly ENT: tubes & tonsils • Surgical Cases per
day: Ave. of 4-6 • Physicians in Practice: 12 Anesth • CRNA in
Practice: 1 • Procedures: - General surgical adults & peds; No
neonatal. - Minor Nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, spinal,
epidural, OB - Neuro is basic bread & butter with 95% spine. -
Thoracic & Vascular (some thoracoscopy maybe ab fistula but no
aorta surgeries & no complicated vascular or complex orthopedic) •
Trauma Level: III • No. of ORs: 9 • EMR: Cerner • Other Info: Will
NOT supervise CRNAs • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance
covered Requirements: • Active IA License or IMLC (LOQ needed) • BC
• NRP • ACLS • COVID vaccination proof • Local/Drive-in (strongly
preferred) • Must be available to cover all or majority of the
dates
