(OP) - 15 min durations • Support Staff: Nursing (2:1), Ancillary
(2:1) - Audiologist • Procedures: Ear Cleaning, Post-op Care, Acute
Needs • No of Exam Rooms: 3 Procedure Rooms • Lab, Pharmacy and
