Medicine or Family Medicine with ED experience Position Details
Full-time, permanent Hospital employee Primary practice at one

variety of hours between two locations Stable group of experienced
providers Specially trained Nurses in providing emergency adult and
pediatric care, as well as in trauma and resuscitation. Fully
integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve
care coordination About the Hospital 204-bed Not-for-profit
Community hospital serving the Cedar Valley. The busiest hospital
in the Cedar Valley. Most care for inpatients, outpatients,
emergency patients and cardiac patients than any other hospital in
the 10-county service area. Primary Hospital Specifics Shift
duration varies Staffing Model: Physician coverage 40 hours daily,
APP coverage 36 hours daily - Physician: and - APP: , and Variety
of shifts per day 204 bed Hospital with access to all specialties
31 Bed ED Level 3 Trauma Center 2-dedicated trauma rooms 5 bed
restricted access behavioral health area Designated primary stroke
center Average 98 ED visits daily, 36,000 annually Second Hospital

coordinate information to make decisions and recommendations
