Position Overview: Seeking BC/BE Electrophysiologist to join a
growing team of cardiovascular specialists delivering comprehensive
arrhythmia care in Waterloo, Iowa. This program is led by a highly
respected EP leader and offers the full continuum of diagnostic and
interventional electrophysiology services within a supportive,
technologically advanced environment.Practice Highlights:
Guaranteed Base Salary: $690,162 for the first 2 years Production
Incentive available after guarantee period Signing Bonus: $25,000
Commencement Bonus: $25,000 Retention Bonuses: $25,000 after year 3
and $25,000 after year 4 Relocation Assistance: $15,000 Clinical
Environment: Advanced procedural capabilities including: -
Electrophysiology studies - Radiofrequency and cryoablation
(Pulsed-field ablation coming soon) - Conduction system pacing
(e.g., left bundle branch area pacing) - Pacemaker, ICD, CRT, and
leadless device implantation - Loop recorder and remote rhythm
monitoring Hybrid EP Lab access Advanced imaging support Strong APP
and clinical staff collaboration Wide referral base from a large
integrated health network Opportunities: Engage in program
development and innovation Lead or participate in regional outreach
