Job Description:
MercyOne Waterloo Heart Clinic is seeking an Electrophysiologist
to join our growing team of cardiovascular specialists providing
comprehensive arrhythmia care. Led by Dr. Victor Abrich, our EP
program offers the full spectrum of diagnostic and interventional
services, supported by state-of-the-art technology and a
collaborative clinical environment. Practice Highlights -
Compensation: $690,162 guaranteed salary for 2 years, plus
production incentive - Bonuses: $25K signing, $25K commencement,
$25K after year 3, $25K after year 4, and $15K moving allowance -
Robust EP Program with advanced procedural capabilities: -
Electrophysiology studies - Radiofrequency and cryoablation
(pulsed-field ablation coming soon) - Conduction system pacing
including left bundle branch area pacing - Pacemaker, ICD, CRT, and
leadless device implantation - Loop recorder and remote rhythm
monitoring - Wide Referral Base from a large regional health
network - Strong APP Support and experienced clinical staff -
Access to a Hybrid EP Lab and Advanced Imaging - Opportunity to
participate in program development, innovation, and outreach
Patient Population and Case Mix Our clinic sees a broad range of
arrhythmias and complex rhythm disorders, including: - Broad case
mix: atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, SVT, PVCs, ventricular
tachycardia, syncope, sick sinus syndrome, inherited arrhythmias
