Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Des Moines, IA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,600 to $2,720 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Temp Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR) – Days Location: Des Moines, IA Facility: UnityPoint Health – Iowa Methodist Medical Center Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: February 2, 2026 Shift: Days | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Friday (4x10s with rotating day off) Call: Up to 2 overnight/week and 4 weekends per contract Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable scrubbing and circulating , floating across multiple campuses, and assisting with a variety of surgical cases including high-acuity and trauma patients. Requirements Requirements: Active Iowa RN license or Compact/Multistate license. 2 years of current OR experience (scrub and circulate). Strong experience in Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, and General Surgery . EPIC EMR experience within the last 3 years. BLS (AHA or ARC) certification. Trauma Level I experience highly preferred. Recent travel experience required; no first-time travelers. 2 References from a recent facility Benefits Yes
