Assistance for Direct-Hire Candidates! RPh on the Go is partnering
with a leading healthcare organization in Cedar Rapids to hire an
experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) . This role is ideal for a
strong pharmacy leader ready to oversee daily operations, drive
strategic initiatives, and maintain clinical and regulatory
excellence. A Direct-Hire transition is available for qualified
candidates. Schedule: Day shift schedule Must be willing to provide
24-hour direction to employees and pharmacy services as the PIC
Term of Assignment: 13 weeks Travel Contract, Contract-to-Hire, or
Direct-Hire (Flexible) Job Duties: Ensure adequate staffing levels
to maintain scheduled hours of operation Step in to perform duties
of pharmacy personnel when needed Provide direct oversight of all
dispensing activities for pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment
Ensure compliance with PROMPTCARE policies, state and federal
regulations, and accreditation standards Assist with developing,
reviewing, and revising policies and procedures Oversee
orientation, training, and competency development for pharmacy
staff Participate in on-site inspections, survey readiness, and
accreditation processes Communicate effectively with staff and
leadership; work at a computer for extended periods; perform
occasional lifting, filing, bending, and standing tasks
Requirements: B.S. or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
Active Iowa Pharmacist License (additional state licenses a plus) 4
years of recent clinical pharmacy experience Home Infusion
experience required 2 years of recent clinical pharmacy management
experience Knowledge of CPR software preferred Team/Culture:
