LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Waterloo, Iowa. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Surgical Technologist with strong DaVinci robotic surgery experience to join a high-volume hospital/medical center. The ideal candidate is confident supporting complex cases across multiple specialties and thrives in a fast-paced OR environment. Required Qualifications - Minimum 24 months of recent operating room experience in a hospital or medical center setting - Proven proficiency in the following specialties: - Orthopedics - Neurology/Neurosurgery - General Surgery - Gynecology (GYN) - Urology - Breast Surgery - Plastic Surgery - Hands-on experience operating the DaVinci robotic surgical system for the above procedures - Ability to scrub, circulate, and anticipate surgeon needs efficiently - Current BLS certification (required) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
