provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer
medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the
best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and
dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who thrives in a

Available: Day 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Evening 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Location: 2571 Guthrie Ave, Des Moines, IA 50317 Licensed Practical
Nurse Responsibilities: Notifies Clinical Manager, attending
physicians, and family members of significant changes in a
resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with
physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response. Monitor
residents and reports any change in their condition. Documents care
using computerized medication administration and charting software.
Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents,
families, and staff. Monitor performance of CNA staff. Use strong
interpersonal skills when interacting with others. Licensed
Practical Nurse Qualifications: Must have a current Iowa LPN
license or have LPN licensure within the compact states. CPR
certificate or willingness to obtain it. Stable work history. Must
have strong communication and organizational skills. Self-starter
