Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with GQR Healthcare to find a
qualified Behavioral Health RN in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 52402! IA or
Compact RN License required at the time of submission - Proof of
residence required for compact license SHIFT: 12D, every 3rd
weekend, 36 hrs (firm) Required Certs: BLS, DeEscalation LENGTH OF
ASSIGNMENT: 13 weeks AVAILABLE START DATES: 10/29 60 mile radius
rule- will take locals at 10% rate reduction IA or compact license
in hand Common Diagnosis/Treatment: psychosis, schizophrenia,
substance induced psychosis, bipolar, major depression. SI/HI of
Beds: 21-30 Nurse to Patient Ratio: collaborative team with team
having 4-6 patients; Charting: EPIC Scrub Color:
Black;Blue-Caribean;Blue-Light;Blue-Navy;White; Areas of Float
Support: potential to float to older adult unit and
child/adolescent unit Special Procedures: We offer ECT, but off the
unit and the patient is recovered prior to returning to the unit. 5
