Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Des Moines, IA Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $1,933 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position MUST be open, and willing to extend past the initial 13 week assignment Charge experience [required] Preceptor experience [highly preferred] 24 months minimum of experience in Med Surg / Med Surg Tele [required] No 1st time travelers accepted must have completed at least '1' travel contract within the previous 18 months proficiency caring for ALL Patient Types variety of med surg patients [required] EPIC emr experience [required] experience with Heparin [required] skills in telemetry/cardiac background [highly preferred] PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Med Surg / Medical Surgical / med surg tele experience [required] Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (med surg / medical surgical / Med Surg Tele) – [required] Nursy’s must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission – [required] [document] Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred] Driver’s License [document] [required] AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS - basic life support – [required] Certification Requirements BLS State License Requirements Iowa Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Exam - Nursing MS/Tele Exam
