Registered Nurse (RN) | Electrophysiology Lab Location: Des Moines, IA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,907 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified EP Lab RN in Des Moines, Iowa, 50309! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Electrophysiology Lab (EP) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, or Interventional Radiology/IR experience is required. Travel experience is desired but not required. Cardiac Cath lab experience is preferred. License: Active Iowa license or compact/multistate license is required. Certifications: ACLS (AHA) certification is required. BLS certification is required. Must-Have: Electrophysiology (EP) experience is required. Skills checklist must be specific to the discipline (Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, Interventional Radiology/IR) is required. A professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the last 24 months is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. Description: This is a full-time position for a Registered Nurse specializing in Electrophysiology. The nurse will be working in an Electrophysiology Lab. Shifts are days, with 4 ten-hour shifts per week. There is no on-call commitment. Weekends will be as needed. The nurse will be required to float when necessary. Candidates should be prepared to quickly interview for this position. The position requires experience in Electrophysiology or related fields. Experience with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC, is preferred. Professional references should be readily available for verification. This role requires effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care.
