Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Ultrasound Technologist for a local contract job in Waterloo, Iowa. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, evenings - Employment Type: Local Contract $5,000 Relocation Assistance Potential Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 paid over 2 years - Assists in rooms/patient care to compliment staffing needs. Accountable for staffing needs. Assists with completing schedules, address and review payroll as needed. Helps with staff education/in-services/specialized skilled training programs. Assists in the hiring and orientation program of newly hired staff. - Provides leadership by coordinating and delegating patient care in an organized manner, allowing for flexibility. Acts as supervisor when supervisor is absent. Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule.
