to find a qualified Oncology RN in Des Moines, Iowa, 50309! Job
Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Oncology
Duration: 13 Months Shift: Days, Monday-Friday Hours per Shift: 8
hours Experience: Minimum of 12 months Oncology experience in a
clinic or ambulatory setting required. Will consider first-time
traveler if they have at least 24 months of oncology experience,
which is highly preferred. License: Active Iowa license or
compact/multistate license required. Certifications: BLS (AHA)
required. Must-Have: - Phlebotomy experience required. - Port
competency experience required. - EPIC (beacon) experience strongly
encouraged. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join
our Hematology/Oncology outpatient clinic. Candidates should have
experience with phlebotomy, injections, port draws, and
chemotherapy education. On average, the clinic sees 12 to 15
patients per day. The team consists of two Nurse Practitioners and
three Medical Doctors. Candidates should possess strong
interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within
a team. A professional reference is preferred from a charge nurse,
supervisor, or nurse manager within the last 24 months. This
