Job Description Rheumatology Physician Southeast Iowa Position
Highlights: Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule with flexible

physician-led multi-specialty group with in-house lab and imaging.
Ideal Work Environment: Collaborative team with strong support
staff, including a 1:1 physician-to-nurse ratio. Favorable Call
Schedule: Equally shared call rotation (Monday–Sunday, planned
annually). Support & Networking: Established practice with
long-tenured rheumatologists and APP support. Partnership
Opportunities: Eligible for partnership within 18-24 months,
unlocking additional revenue streams. Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Compensation: $330,000 base salary with potential for
increases. Generous Bonus Opportunity: Additional earnings from
infusion, labs, and ancillary revenue after partnership. Sign-On
Bonus: $20,000 upfront, plus an additional $30,000 upon partnership
eligibility. Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental,
vision, malpractice, CME allowance, and retirement plans.
Relocation Assistance: Provided to ease your transition.
Professional Development: $3,000 annual CME allowance, including
license, dues, and subscriptions. Qualifications: Degree: MD/DO in
Rheumatology. Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in
Rheumatology. Licensure: Eligible for Iowa medical licensure. About
