We are seeking a dedicated Hematologist/Oncologist for a locum tenens opportunity with our client in Iowa, starting Jun 1, 2026. This assignment involves providing essential patient care, including consultations, follow-up care, and overseeing the administration of antineoplastics in the clinic, with schedule details to be determined. Responsibilities and Duties Provide expert consultations and comprehensive follow-up care. Oversee the administration of antineoplastics within the clinic setting. Manage a clinic provider daily volume of 16-20 patients. Maintain an average daily hospital practice census of 0-2 patients. Adjust appointment lengths, typically 15-20 minutes for follow-up and 60 minutes for consults. Deliver services including antineoplastics, phlebotomies, IV IgG, iron therapy, and bone marrow biopsies. Additional Information Board certification in Hematology is required. The clinic utilizes the Epic EMR system.
