Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Des Moines, IA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,863 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 24 months of Medical Surgical experience required; experience caring for pulmonary patients is highly preferred. License: Active Iowa license or compact/multistate license required. Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have: - Experience in charge roles required. - Experience with level I trauma patients is highly preferred. - Must have experience caring for pulmonary/ventilated patients on bi-pap and trach care. Description: Quickly interviewing viable candidates. Candidates must have 24 months of current Medical Surgical experience. Pulmonary patient care experience is required. Experience caring for COVID-19 positive patients may be required. First-time travelers may be considered if they meet the 2 year Medical Surgical experience requirement. Professional references from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, or similar must be provided. Driver's license is required. Candidates must hold current BLS certification from an approved organization. Every other weekend commitment is required.
