seeking a Recruiting Manager who will own the full recruitment
lifecycle for roles across our ag business, including operations,
agronomy, sales, supply chain, corporate, and seasonal roles. This
position will develop hiring strategies, build strong pipelines,
influence hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate and
hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition
& Recruitment Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening,
interviewing, selection, and offer management. Develop proactive
pipelines for hard-to-fill agriculture roles (e.g., agronomists,
plant operations, CDL/hazmat drivers, sales agronomy, precision
ag). Use creative sourcing strategies including social media,
industry networks, referral programs, and community partnerships.
Manage campus and community outreach for seasonal and entry-level
positions. Hiring Manager Partnership Consult with hiring managers
to define role expectations, competencies, and interview plans.
Provide guidance on hiring decisions, market compensation, and
workforce trends. Ensure consistent, equitable, and inclusive
hiring practices. Candidate Experience Deliver a transparent,
timely, and positive experience for all candidates. Represent the
company brand at job fairs, industry events, and community
engagements. Process & Strategy Lead continuous improvement in
recruiting processes, tools, and KPIs. Build and manage recruiting
metrics and dashboards. Mentor or lead recruiters and coordinators,
if applicable. Partner with HR and business leadership to forecast
talent needs. Requirements: Qualifications Required 3–7 years of
recruiting experience, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or
field-based environments. Strong understanding of ag roles,
seasonal workforce needs, or rural labor markets. Experience with
ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed,
etc.). Excellent communication, relationship-building, and
consultative skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and
priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience
recruiting agronomists, agribusiness sales, operations or plant
roles. Knowledge of DOT/CDL hiring compliance (if relevant).
Previous leadership or team-mentoring experience (for manager
version). SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR/recruiting certifications. Key
