We are currently recruiting for top notch Customer Service Representatives. Trouble-shooting skills, a positive attitude and good organization will be keys to success in this dynamic organization. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, clients and other key contacts to provide information and resolve questions and concerns.



Insurance and/or Financial Services industry experience preferred.



Job Details:



Interact with customers by telephone or via e-mail to provide information about products and services or to obtain details of complaints.



Handle inquiries, complaints, requests, and track and maintain via software.



Communicate daily with managers regarding any issues with accounts.
