**$1000 SIGN ON BONUSReceive $500 after 90 days of employment and $500 after 180 days ofemployment.O'Neal Steel currently has an opening for a (3rd Shift) Machine Operator at our Waterloo, IN facility.The Machine operator sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Uses computer-controlled equipment to select, position and secure automatic or semi-automatic machines. Controls and adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion.Job Requirements

• Ability to operate a variety of processing equipment including, but not limited to, -saw, shear, -press brake, -roller, -plasma, laser, -etc. -
• Ability to operate a wide variety of material handling equipment including, but not limited to, -forklift, overhead crane, stacker crane, side loader, yard dog, etc. -
• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints. -
• Ability to use measuring tools such as: tape measure, box caliper, slide dial caliper, and micrometer. -
• Ability to convert fractions to decimals and vice versa, add and subtract in fractions and decimals. -
• Responsible for providing high quality work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position. -Shift: Must be able to work 3rd Shift (11:00PM - 7:00AM) Sunday - Thursday.
