Job Description:

• 
  
• Supervise wage machine operators with primary focus on cylinder head machining with complex processing operations.

  • Must be able to lead team to deliver continuous improvement results, manufacturing experience preferred, must be detailed oriented, excellent communicator, must be able to hold employees accountable to results and team with support staff to understand production needs, schedules, and capacity.
