This position will work 1st shift (7 am to 3:30 pm). Minimal overtime.



This role will support 5S Activities:

• 
  
• Collaborate with Drivetrain teams to identify 5S/visual factory opportunities and solutions
  
• Work with operations to execute monthly 5S audits in production and non-production areas and define corrective actions
  
• Implement 5S improvements that align with factory initiatives
  
• Provide training on 5S/visual factory requirements
  
• Create factory signs and labels to support 5S needs
  
• Manage and execute print room requests for Waterloo Operations
  
• Participate in Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) events and Day in the Life (DITL) activities
  
  
  
  Education - Prefer at least 2-year degree in any field or equivalent work experience
  
  
  
  Skills - Must have previous Kaizan or 5S project work.
  
  Must have great computer and communication skills.
  
  Previous print room experience is preferred.
  
  Ability to run vinyl printer.
  
  Prefer experience with PowerBI.
  
  
  
  This position will work onsite immediately. Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams. Business casual dress code, will need metatarsal safety shoes and prescription safety glasses (if needed). May drive personal vehicle to other Waterloo sites for meetings. May also drive a John Deere owned Gator on the shop floor. -
