JOB DESCRIPTIONJob SummaryThis position will be supporting our
Iowa Health Plan.Responsible for reviewing and resolving member and
provider complaints and communicating resolution to members and
provider (or authorized representatives) in accordance with the
standards and requirements established by the Centers for Medicare
and MedicaidKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
JOB QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or
equivalency REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Working environment is generally favorable and
lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed
in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to
unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions. Must have the
