CPM is built on more than 140 years of experience and today has 1,500 employees worldwide with 28 locations in 12 countries. -We have a unique opportunity for a Press Brake Operator in our manufacturing facility in Waterloo, IA. - This is an opportunity to join a highly successful business with advancement opportunities. - We are looking for a highly motivated detail-oriented person with strong technical mechanical aptitude coupled with proficient organizational skills, and outstanding people skills. -This position is responsible for, but not limited to, setting up a press brake, deburring completed parts, and working closely with the production, manufacturing and the engineering group.This is a 3rd shift positionDesired Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Conceptual skills in sheet metal fabrication
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• Functional and technical skills
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and mechanical blueprints
• Forklift and overhead crane experience
• Attentive to details
