Schedule PlannerBCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Schedule Planner for an opportunity located at Waterloo IA 50703Position Title: Schedule Planner Location: Waterloo IA 50703 Contract Duration: 12 MonthsWhat Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)

• Position is for 1st shift (7 am to 3:30 pm) with overtime likely, either extended weekday hours or weekend work.
• Looking for candidates with a 4-year degree in any business related field.
• Must be a great communicator. Candidates should have good computer skills.
• Candidates with previous work experience in a professional setting (not looking for forklift operators/assemblers).
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Additional Details
  • It is a Supply Management Planner role, looking for the same background/experience.
  • Interviews will be conducted onsite or via MS Teams. Business casual dress code.
  • Will need metatarsals for first day. Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.
  • Position has the potential of driving owned Gator on the shop floor after successfully completing training.
  • Some travel between Waterloo sites for meetings utilizing personal vehicle should be expected.
  • This position is eligible for incremental, progressive retention bonuses at every 90 days for the first year on assignment.
  • Retention bonuses are forfeited for those who do not complete their assignments or end assignments early. Subject to review.
