• Work from homeJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Construction Manager in the Telecommunication Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects related to the telecommunications industry. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects related to the telecommunications industry, including OSP, ISP, fiber construction, Aerial OSP engineering, Buried OSP engineering, Telecom Construction, broadband construction, fttX, fttp, and Construction Inspection.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all project requirements are met and that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all project personnel.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and other project team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and ensure that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in construction management in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on OSP, ISP, fiber construction, Aerial OSP engineering, Buried OSP engineering, Telecom Construction, broadband construction, fttX, fttp, and Construction Inspection.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
    • Knowledge of applicable regulations, codes, and standards, and the ability to ensure compliance with these requirements.
