• Responsible for global supply chain performance for the Medium Power business unit across plants, improving on-time delivery while reducing lead times and inventory levels.
• Continuous improvement and enhancement of the supply chain setup, processes, and systems.
• Leveraging data analytics and supply chain trends to inform long-term strategic activities.
• Cooperate with local Supply Chain organizations at the plant level.
• Facilitate the SIOP process across plants.
• Drive supply chain improvement activities at the Business Unit and Divisional levels.
• Work closely with sales to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Ensure internal alignment of supply chain processes across plants.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical) or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing industries.
