Job Description Urgent Care opening in Des Moines, IA Position Details Seeking a BC-BE Urgent Care Physician to join a department within one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest Full-time, permanent opening Highlights: Commitment to delivering high quality, cost effective patient care and a five-star patient experience Current opening is at our West Des Moines location also locations in Ankeny and Waukee 2 providers and 3 clinical staff members per location per shift Weekday shifts – 7am to 7pm; Weekend shifts – 8am to 3pm 3 weekday shifts per workweek and 1 weekend (Saturday & Sunday) per month; total of approximately 144 shifts per year Participate in management of the department, including covering open shifts as needed Friendly collegial atmosphere Excellent payor mix Benefits: Shareholder track Competitive two-year salary guarantee, which includes additional compensation after break-even Outstanding benefits include: 401(k) profit sharing retirement plan, 4 weeks vacation, optional health, dental, vision, long-term disability, long-term care and term life insurance, and flexible spending accounts Why Us?
