This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible architecture role where you will define the future of a complex Salesforce ecosystem supporting critical business capabilities. We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to provide technical leadership across Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud. This role sits at the center of business and technology, driving scalable, secure, and integration-focused solutions while partnering closely with senior stakeholders and engineering teams. This is a senior individual contributor role with strong influence across multiple teams and initiatives. What You’ll Do Set Salesforce Architecture Direction Own end-to-end solution architecture across Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud Translate business needs into scalable designs across application, data, integration, and security layers Create and maintain architecture artifacts such as solution diagrams, data models, and integration flows Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and long-term technology strategy Lead Integration Strategy Define how Salesforce connects with core enterprise systems across policy, document, and customer platforms Architect modern API and event-driven patterns using MuleSoft, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture Design scalable and resilient integration solutions with strong observability Reduce technical debt by promoting reusable integration frameworks Drive Platform and Data Evolution Contribute to the roadmap for Financial Services Cloud and broader Salesforce capabilities Guide decisions around customer data strategy, including Data Cloud and unified data models Evaluate emerging platform features including AI-driven capabilities and automation Partner with data teams to ensure governance, compliance, and lifecycle management Act as a Strategic Partner Collaborate with business leaders across customer service, onboarding, and compliance functions Provide architectural guidance, tradeoff analysis, and risk assessments Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform sustainability Elevate Engineering Quality Lead architecture reviews and ensure consistency across teams Mentor architects and technical leads Drive best practices across integration, security, and automation Identify and reduce platform complexity and technical debt What You Bring Deep experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud Strong background in integration architecture including MuleSoft and API-led design Experience with event-driven architecture such as Platform Events and Change Data Capture Expertise in data modeling, governance, and secure enterprise design Knowledge of identity, access management, and cloud security best practices Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps approaches Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud Exposure to AI-driven customer engagement capabilities Familiarity with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect Understanding of enterprise AI and governance concepts Qualifications 12 years of experience in IT architecture and application development Proven experience leading architecture on complex, multi-system solutions Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes across teams Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred Why This Role High-impact position shaping enterprise Salesforce strategy Strong visibility with business and technology leadership Opportunity to influence modern architecture including integrations, data, and AI Collaborative environment with talented architects and engineering teams If you are looking for a role where you can drive strategy, influence large-scale platforms, and work on meaningful enterprise initiatives, we would love to connect.
